My existing roller shutter was manual, the cord snapped so the roller shutter was stuck down. needs to be put back on the window and the cord either needs to be fixed or could be made automatic? Hoping to use existing roller blind as it worked well before cord breaking. If unable to fix and install this, looking at getting a new one put in ASAP

I have some water damage on doors, frames and vanity cabinets in two bathrooms. I would like to repair these.

Bottom shelf of fridge and freezer are both slanted and no longer opening/shutting properly, may need new brackets but unsure

We are adding a feature barn door in our home so we need the skirting of the frame removed and flushed so it’s flat/smooth/neat. Pics of current door with skirting and also an example of how we’d like it to look. There are solar panels on the roof but they are not working for some reason. Need you fix it and connect it to granny flat. Granny flat have a sub meter for usage, you have to fix it in a way solar electricity use doesn't reflect on the sub meter. Also check if aubmeter is working properly or not.
