I have a second-hand NordicTrack 15.0 treadmill. The speed increase and decrease don't work, and the speed select only works from 2-8 and not above. Everything else works fine (including the incline). This model does not have a manual system reset pinhole. I'm assuming there is a good chance this is a simple and quick fix, or confirmation of a larger issue.

Job is to: (1) remove 2 old tarps from bank (marked purple in photo). (2) assess/reattach 1 tarp, at top if eyelets, or remove (orange) (3) old tarps, sandbags, ropes etc, to be gathered up and driven to top of property (if you don’t have a van/ute etc advise when making an offer). Steel house stumps can be used to anchor, top of bank is flat and concreted. Bank is stable and there has been no movement in 3 years. Sandbags, rope, tent pegs, etc. for tarps will be provided. You will need to provide all safety and abseiling equipment. Could be suitable for labourer, handyman, or tradesman with working at heights experience. Payment can be hourly, fixed rate, or a combination. Flexible timing, ideally completed asap but within the next month. If interested, let me know if you are providing 1 or 2 people, if you have a vehicle to drive between top/bottom of property, and your preferred timing.

I need help lifting a large panel onto a roof of a trailer. It’s not heavy, just big in size. You’ll need to be able to stand on a ladder and help lower down the sheet (onto glue). Shouldn’t take any longer than 30 minutes max. Pretty flexible with day and time. Location - Mitchelton.
