Find an experienced handyman in Kogarah

We have a roller shutter on our carport. It was installed approximately 3 years ago. When it was installed we were issued with three (fairly flimsy) remotes. None of them now work. Yes, we have tried changing batteries etc but the devices themselves just don’t work, and the buttons are very wiggly. Need assistance in recommending/purchasing some quality remotes and programming them so we can use our roller shutter.

The old paint has dried over the years and started flaking on the window frame, and has started to reveal the dark timber beneath. I’d like the old paint to be scraped off, primed and painted white again. Only 1 window needs to be painted. NOTE: I do not have the tools and equipment for this task

I have a 2012 VW Golf Gti. The lining has come off from the sunroof sliding panel. I will either need the lining re-attached or a replacment sliding panel if this would be an option. Also, the lining is detaching from a small part of the driver side door and needs pushing back in and re-gluing.
