I need a gyprocker. The roof has already been repaired, but the ceiling now needs attention as it is starting to collapse.

We have a roller shutter on our carport. It was installed approximately 3 years ago. When it was installed we were issued with three (fairly flimsy) remotes. None of them now work. Yes, we have tried changing batteries etc but the devices themselves just don’t work, and the buttons are very wiggly. I need a handyman to complete the following tasks including going to Bunnings - 5 mins drive away - to grab a few items (I will provide additional cash for the supplies) - Add 6 hooks onto door (hooks provided) - Laundry sliding door - paint white and add L bracket (need to buy) - Remove old and add new shaving cabinet in bathroom -(new cabinet provided) - Put shower seal strip to stop water from escaping outside on bottom corner of shower (need to buy) - Change toilet seat cover (need to buy) - Paint over two small nail holes on wall - Tighten screw above door lock - Align tv unit doors (minor adjustment only)

I have a 2012 VW Golf Gti. The lining has come off from the sunroof sliding panel. I will either need the lining re-attached or a replacment sliding panel if this would be an option. Also, the lining is detaching from a small part of the driver side door and needs pushing back in and re-gluing.

1 IKEA double curtain rod, double brick wall (need masonry drill bit). I have a tall ladder but you need a drill, level and ancored screws (if you have better than Bunnings - limited range there and the ones i have are too long) After 1pm before 7pm is best. Also need 2 more screws like these on the opposite wall to hang heavy artwork. No idea about prices. Hope for quality affordable job

Need to replace the existing kitchen sink and tap (both have already been bought). Need to also check the fittings underneath all sink in the apartment to see if any has rust and needs replacement (2x bathroom, laundry).If replacement required, need to do those as well.
