Hi! I need a handyman to replace a toilet seat at my rental unit in Kogarah (exact address provided once booked). The seat brackets have broken (photos attached). Job is to remove the old seat and install a new standard toilet seat — about 15 minutes of work. I can pick up the seat from Bunnings beforehand, or you're welcome to supply one and I'll reimburse the cost — just let me know which you prefer. The tenant will be home to let you in — Saturday 24 Oct or Sunday 25 Oct, any time after 11am.

Hi I need a electrician to take down the ikea lights and install new chandelier lights today. Chandelier requires some assembly to make the picture. I can probs assemble it myself (edit: just finished assembling the chandelier parts) but I would love some person who can install it better and aligned to the ceiling than the airtasker who installed the previous one and also have some white spray paint if they have any to spray the wall.
