Find an experienced handyman in Katoomba

I need a rotary type clothes line installed and an old one removed, and taken away.

I need a new handrail for an exterior wooden staircase. I have the top and bottom rails and the slats from the previous handrail - I may need to purchase the nails/screws Not really sure about budget so figure in next section only a guess/wish

During my house move to Katoomba the movers had to disassemble my large melamine Desky desk. The desk has electronic sit stand functionality and fairly extensive cable management via some metal under desk rails which daisy chain together with power ports. Unfortunately the movers forgot to take a photo and so couldn't figure out how to reattach and reconnect the cable management system and reconnect the power, especially as they didn't have the documentation at the time. So they reassembled the desk otherwise, it appears they installed the rails, but there's at least one unconnected piece as well as a handful of unused screws. I'm sure this will be a very quick job for somebody who knows how to do it and has the correct tools, with that said the desk is very heavy and has already been assembled standing up, I'm not sure whether it needs to be flipped back over before installing, I can provide a hand where needed, but I honestly don't know how easy it would be to flip. It will definitely involve having a look at the desky cable management installation instructions and then figuring out where they have gone wrong. If the job requires more work I'm happy to pay more, but I'm hoping it'll just be a very quick half hour fix for somebody who knows what they need to do.

I need a 3x3 metre garden shed assembled . There is a new 3x3 concrete slab for it to be built on . It’s brand new but instructions may be missing or water damaged it’s been stored from new under a tarp outside .

I'm looking for a careful and reliable painter to paint the ceiling, cornices, and wall section above the picture rail in my bedroom in East Maitland. Room details: • Approx. 3.97m x 4.24m • Ceiling height: 3.145m • Picture rail at 2.15m high (only upper portion of walls to be painted) • Cornices run around the perimeter (approx. 16m) • Room is already cleared and ready for painting • I will supply all paint (Porter's Paints: "Milk" 4 What's needed: • 2 coats on ceiling • 2 coats on cornices • 2 coats on wall section above picture rail • Clean edges and attention to detail around trim and features • Drop sheets and own tools/ brushes/rollers required I'd love someone with experience in period-style or detailed interior painting, but open to all with a good track record and pride in their finish. Flexible with timing — ideally in the next 1-2 weeks. This is a peaceful home with good access, natural light, and a calm atmosphere to work in. I'll be available on site if needed and happy to help with tea and good vibes!

The blind won't close all the way

Repair kitchen ceiling fan that has dismounted and fallen off ( fan still works). Have covered with tape temporarily to keep it from falling off.
