We need a handyman to fix a broken outdoor clothesline at our property. The line is currently sagging and needs to be restrung or replaced. The frame appears to be in good condition, but adjustments may be required to ensure proper tension. Looking for someone experienced in clothesline repairs who can bring the necessary materials or advise on what to purchase.

I have recently completed some alterations to my laundry and now I need some plasterboard repairs completed to the splashback prior to tiling. The corner at the right side edge of sink needs to remain as I do not wish to fix the corner or repaint. The tiles we are using are 100mm x 200mm subway tiles so unfortunately we can't just tile over the damage. The repairs need to be suitable for toles, so flat and neat finish but not blemish free.
