Doggy dog is broken, tried fixing but the frame broke completely. Installed originally on a security screen door. Need to purchase a new doggy door and reinstall. The key no longer activates the lock, it simply turns freely in either direction, i.e., there's no clicking sound or feeling of resistance against the turning of the key. Front fly-screen door. We'd like to repair the lock instead of replacing it, as we don't want to change the other lock on the other door.
