You are invited to measure, supply, and install the ceiling sheeting for my laundry as shown in the photographs, at dimensions of approximately 3.7m by 2.6m. This is part of a renovation of the old 1950s laundry that has had the old ceiling removed and the electrical fittings re-wired. Power is available on site. As part of the ceiling installation you are to make openings for fittings as follows. 1. cut 90mm circular holes for the installation of four roughed-in down lights, which an electrician will later install. 2. Cut and install in the ceiling a disc skylight that I will supply, that will have the roof section installed later. 3. Cut and pass through the ceiling the clothes dryer outlet vent. After the sheeting is installed, you are to measure, supply, and install the architrave sealing the join between the wall and the new ceiling you have just installed. You are to fill & sand gaps, nail holes, and cracks in your installation work, ready for painting. The timing for this work is flexible, but needs to be completed within the next few weeks. If you prefer, you are welcome to accept the task subject to a site visit. The attached photos show where the ceiling is required.

I have a hunter pacific ceiling fan remote frequency 433.9mhz (battery type 23A). The buttons that control the speed on the fan work but the light button doesn't. The light on the fan itself works - but the remote doesn't turn it on or off.
