Hi there, Some time ago I bumped the garage wall with the car, stopped immediately but managed to crack the wall. I'm not sure whether it's drywall or plasterboard. Need the following done in the house initially: - AC conduit outside to be fixed up again and appropriately fixed to the wall as this has fallen a couple of times in the last 2-3 years. I want a better solution to ensure it stays fixed to the wall. - Window winder replaced with a new one (most likely) as the old one is not working in the toilet. Must be replaced with the same one as others around the house. Amount does not include cost of parts. I will pay this once it is confirmed that a new winder is definitely needed. Photos and video evidence must be attached with an explanation of what completed must be attached to the job once done in order for funds to be released. You will liaise directly with my agent to organise a time to attend ASAP. There is an opportunity for ongoing work across multiple properties down the track for the right person.

I need someone to replace the missing peice of cement board in our shower.

Need a shower wall fixed. I will need a new piece of cement board at the bottom, water proofing and tiling of the bottom part of the shower. Will also need the shower walls sealed across the top where the water got in initially.

Need to have some repairs and tiling done to a shower that has water damage behind it. Was caused by a lack of seal at the top of tiled area. That will need to be sealed also.
