The timber around the windows has water damage/rot and needs to be removed and replaced properly, ready for painting. Scope of work: • Replace rotten timber on 3 window frames • Repair/replace a section of timber flooring • Supply tools and experience • Prefer someone experienced with exterior timber repairs I can provide photos and measurements.

Need someone to remove the equipment from the gym and take down all the fixtures from the roof and walls associated to the electrical wiring for each piece of equipment. There are numerous different components. Power supply and audio. Video and lighting. And multiple different boxes can be dedicated to each piece of equipment and clearly labelled. A ladder and scaffold is supplied and when everything is removed it would be a good idea to keep cords separated prior to pulling them down... It has to be done in a time consuming manner because it is a very big job that could take a number of days. It's ok to complete the work at night etc
