My bedroom door isn’t closing properly. It has a steel frame and the door keeps hitting the lower right side of the frame. I tried to fix it myself but couldn’t. Looking for someone to adjust/repair so it can close smoothly again. I actually have two doors that need fixing: Bedroom door: hitting the lower right side of the steel frame, doesn’t close smoothly. Main entrance door: hard to close, stainless frame gets scratched every time it shuts. Would you be able to fix both for $80? If only one can be fixed, I’m happy to pay $50. No fix, no charge.

The bumper also has a small crack/scratch. I need someone experienced in panel beating and/or spray painting to repair or replace the damaged parts so it looks clean again. • Front left fender & bumper: dented and scratched near the headlight. • Rear bumper (right side): scratches and crack. • Back right door: needs replacement (I already have the replacement door). I need someone to fix my bathroom ceiling. Size: 3m x 1.6m Currently it has a vinyl wrap on it and underneath that there is an uneven surface. I want the wrap to be removed and make my ceiling all flat without imperfections, as well as patching if needed. Sand/patched 2-3 times to make sure it is ready to be painted so I can apply a waterproof paint/prime/paint. Parking available and free.

We have existing pendants in the lounge room and want to replace them with a ceiling fan (we haven't purchased it yet). Those pendants will then go in the hallway. We will want to replace the bedroom pendant with one we will be purchasing soon, too. PowerPoint's are new installations, and one you can drill right through the wall from another point. The second PowerPoint, you can go through the wall through the ceiling. We are in a unit on the 2nd floor, and it is a double brick building. Hi, My vertical blinds are not opening/closing properly. The string/cord mechanism that you pull to move the blinds along the track is broken and not working.
