Removal and disposal of 3m cornice fixed to the ceiling. The cornice is only glued along the top edge, with the bottom edge unattached from the wall. We want a Smooth/sanding of the surface to prepare for paint.

Replace all 1x pantry’s door hinges (currently 3 hinges, might need to put 4 hinges to secure the door).

There is water damage to the ceiling outside the main door. The fascia board just above the ceiling is damaged which may need replacement. However, only interested in fix of just that location.

Roller on the bottom of sliding door need replacement. The door is aluminium frame around glass, so it’s quite heavy.

Undermount sink that has come away from the bench top. All plumbing is still intact. Wasn’t mounted properly and they didn’t use mounting clips, so would need someone who could supply and install them.
