Fix Loose Top Hinge on Office Door Top hinge screws are loose and just spin, causing the door to sag and not close properly. Need someone to secure the hinge (may require filling/redrilling holes or using larger screws) and adjust so the door closes smoothly. Bring your own tools/materials.

As per photo, moisture damage has been reported by tenant. Location is cement sheeting wall and ceiling area above shower. it’s possibly leaking pipe from shower head but may also be leak through attached gutter on exterior. The building structure is a demountable type granny flat approximately 10 years old with attached guttering on exterior, no eves or any leaks anywhere else. Requiring a handyman, carpenter for a day rate to remove sheeting, locate source of leak and repair / replace / patch wall.
