I’ve got a small leak in my shower on my first floor and the laundry directly below it. Looking for someone to come in and install access panel in the laundry ceiling about 500m square so I can see what’s going on. I can provide the panel. The whole ceiling will need to be replaced from water damage just want to install a panel for now to keep bugs etc out. I might also need this person to take some photos I can pass onto plumber/waterproofer to resolve if the problem isn’t obvious. Ideally want the person to come Thursday or Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.

The 2 back door actuators on my audi a3 need to be replaced and the car needs to be jumpstarted as the battery has gone flat from non-use. Parts already here
