I currently have a wall (not big at all) which I am wanting cut out and shaped into an arch shape. The reason for this is natural light needs to come through to the room.

My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights. The is a complex bedhead about 650 from the wall and it is attached to a bedframe and neither can be removed so limited access for half the length. Floor will be totally covered with plastic and ramboard. Aircon unit removed by others. All material will be within 20 metres level access

I will be having someone rendering a brick fireplace in each of my two apartments. Once these dry, I need someone who can lime wash the rendered walls as well as the gyprock walls above this and paint the inside of the fireplace black. Paint supplied. There are two apartments. I will need someone available next week as the day and time will depend on when the render dries. Photo of finished job attached.

Need someone experienced to fix a kitchen benchtop issue and build a small wall. The benchtop currently has a lip/overhang that wasn’t cut, which is blocking me from framing a wall next to it. This needs a clean, straight cut (laminate benchtop, already installed). After that: - Frame a small wall section next to the benchtop - Install gyprock and finish it smooth (ready for paint) This is a visible area (living room side), so finish quality matters. Whilst moving a bed, we damaged an internal Gyprock wall and have created a depression about 10 cm in diameter. We need this damage repaired professionally.

Have recently repaired a roof leak and now need one sheet of gyprock replaced. The opening itself is about 600x400mm but would prefer a 2400x1200mm replacement.

Instructions: 1) patch hole on ceiling with gyprock 2) cut out section of return air box to allow air flow into the unit 3) cut in and install 45x45 man hole into patched section to allow for access to the unit in future if required
