I will be having someone rendering a brick fireplace in each of my two apartments. Once these dry, I need someone who can lime wash the rendered walls as well as the gyprock walls above this and paint the inside of the fireplace black. Paint supplied. There are two apartments. I will need someone available next week as the day and time will depend on when the render dries. Photo of finished job attached.

Need someone experienced to fix a kitchen benchtop issue and build a small wall. The benchtop currently has a lip/overhang that wasn’t cut, which is blocking me from framing a wall next to it. This needs a clean, straight cut (laminate benchtop, already installed). After that: - Frame a small wall section next to the benchtop - Install gyprock and finish it smooth (ready for paint) This is a visible area (living room side), so finish quality matters. Want to create a room by closing off an area with two gyprock walls with a door frame

Pretty simple job. Supply and fit one x or cut two x gyprock sheet/s to masonry wall no battens required as it will be a snug fit. No patching, no painting required. I have 1 x small tub of glue. Sheets can be fixed vertically or horizontally. 2625 x 1360mm h (1350 h ok)

3 bedrooms walls needs small patching after removing 3 aircon units . I will paint myself. Removal of a Gyprock piece in lounge room as per photos . Due to water damage (now fixed ) a 1-1 1/2 metre vertical crack appeared in Gyprock . It has been filled with no more gaps but needs fixed professionally l please . Will paint myself . Description Need gyprock repaired and painted to match existing. Wall Repair damaged gyprock around power point and wall above, including replacing missing section, tape, set, sand, prime and paint. Power point faceplate to be removed and refitted safely. Ceiling Repair hole and crack line, tape, set, sand, prime stain block if needed and paint ceiling to blend.

Gyprock to be installed in opening for a door to be installed. Door, handle and hinges already purchased.

Plasterboard wall repair after TV mount removal – professional finish required. I have a wall with multiple old TV mount holes, metal anchors, and a cable chase opening. Have recently repaired a roof leak and now need one sheet of gyprock replaced. The opening itself is about 600x400mm but would prefer a 2400x1200mm replacement.

Instructions: 1) patch hole on ceiling with gyprock 2) cut out section of return air box to allow air flow into the unit 3) cut in and install 45x45 man hole into patched section to allow for access to the unit in future if required
