I am looking for someone to GypRock this ceiling so it can be painted

I have a few repairs to my ceiling in my house

Looking for a skilled handyman or tradesperson to: Remove an existing stair handrail (just over 4 metres in length). Repair the gyprock wall where 3 of the 5 fixings have pulled out. Reattach the handrail securely at all 5 fixing points. The job is at a home in Kirrawee, NSW 2232. The handrail is currently unsafe, so ideally looking for someone who can do this as soon as possible (flexible with days/times). Please bring your own tools and strong fixings/materials suitable for gyprock to ensure the handrail is safely and securely reinstalled. Budget I’ve set the budget at $250 as a guide, which I understand is reasonable for this type of work. Budget is flexible depending on your experience, materials provided, and quality of finish — open to offers.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled handyman or carpenter to construct a wall in our home to section off a new kitchen area. Gyprock 6m x 4m outdoor undercover ceiling. Looking to Gyprock over existing ceiling (Fibre Cement panels) due to poor finish of this installation. Need to hide the joins so thought it best to Gyprock over the current ceiling. Install 90mm Cornice to 2 sides of the ceiling.

I have a wall in my pantry that needs the gyprock replaced along the lower section of the wall. Approx 3m wide and 50cm high. Also a small section needs to be fixed on a fridge nook. This needs to be done by saturday 31st May by around midday as I have flooring being layed.

Hello Part of my roof in a warehouse is broken (made of gyprock panels). The roof has been there for many years/ I've been in this building for 5+ years). I need the panel replaced because it broke from having some objects stored on top of it, so it fell off. The panel beside the fallen through one is slightly warped too, unsure if it will also need replacing. See photos attached I can paint the roof myself. Just need the ceiling panel installed To make life easier for you, I'm approx 5 min drive from a Bunnings.

I need a painting hanging on a gyprock wall. Trying to do minimal damage as this is a rental. It will need 2 screws I can line up where they need to be just need someone to come and and drill and put some screws in the two places. The painting is 196 wide
