Find a professional gyprocker contractor in Inner West Sydney

Hi, we are needing some basic framing and gyprocking in a granny flat. - removing a door and gyprocking - installing a new door into gyprock - pushing through a gyprock wall to make a bigger opening. Not a job for a big building company, just a handyman or carpenter. Thanks.

Gyprock and plaster 4 holes in wall ceilings , have some of the cuts not all. Shop located at Canterbury station. Can start from 9.30 am on Thursday 20th, need to complete on same day. Professional job :)

Wall 3 — Install a door into an existing 70cm opening (door to have a key lock). Wall 4 — 1.2m span: install a door here, or a short section of wall plus a door — whichever works best structurally. Door to have a key lock. Wall 5 — Remove the existing door, then build a wall to close off the opening completely. (You can use this door in the GF wall #1) Good to know: Ceiling height is 3.2m throughout, so please factor this into materials and pricing. No electrical work is required — no power points, switches or lights in any of the walls. All walls to be painted and finished to a clean, ready-to-use standard. I have two Timber Line timber shelves (80cm long, approximately 28cm deep). These must be installed using the manufacturer's concealed floating bracket system. No visible L-brackets or external supports. The wall is gyprock. Installer must have experience locating studs and/or using appropriate structural fixings for floating timber shelves. Please only make an offer if you have installed this type of shelf before.

just repairs a hole in the wall and repaint

We have had a washing machine installed upstairs (due to young kids) and need some small gyprocking done and painting. These holes are quite small. The larger hole we require a paintable access panel installed so we can access the plumbing in the event of a leak. The access panel is about 450 x 400. The 2 holes in the wardrobe one needs plaster and the one needs gyprock from a cut hole from plumber, both are small. We want all the 3 painted if required (Not sure if the access panel will fix exactly or need some gyprocking.

Gyprock repairs needs setting finished off to a “ready for paint” finish. Should be done be by plasterer. Need ceiling fan cutout patched sanded and painted with ceiling white. I have the gyprock cutout so no need to supply. Also have a couple small holes that just need patch no paint.

I’ve already run all the Cat6 cables through the ceiling to the exact AP locations. I need someone to mount two Ubiquiti access points on a gyprock ceiling (approx 600g each). Proper ceiling-rated anchors or fixing into timber will be required — the included plastic plugs aren’t suitable. I also need one external Ubiquiti access point mounted on a masonry wall. The cable is already in the ceiling above that location and can drop straight down behind the unit. No cabling work required — just mounting and securing the three APs. photos show the two ceilings and one external wall
