We need the roof gutters cleaned for our single storey (but high roof line) Victorian house. There are two rows of gutters at the front. Given that 3 sides of the roof are slate, cleaning may need to be done using a ladder from the side rather than from top of the roof. Access from one of the sides is tight possibly requiring ladder to be hoisted from the neighbours house (access is easily available). We don't necessarily need a strong pressure wash cleaning (or go overboard) but just a decent clean job to remove debris.

Just a quick job - want the gutters cleared of leaves (I've got a ladder), want some plants ripped up, and want the front of the house to be washed down (soapy water - small terrace house)

Hello! Hoping someone can come to clean the gutters at our small detached cottage in south Yarra, with a pitched roof. Bout 120sqm. Need to clean from the roof due to position of windows. For the right person this is a super quick and easy job. Will need an extendable ladder as the roof is reasonably tall.

Gutter - newly done about 1.5 years ago needs cleaned. I am not expecting that there is too much to take out, but by rental agreement we are obliged to have an annual cleaning. Gutter is in a height of approx 6 metres. Lenght approx 26 metres. Good assess as driveway and car park all around. We are all day (8.30am to 7pm )available as this an office building. Clean leaves out that are blocking our lower gutter. Just the front one, marked with the green line in the photo, not the upper / higher story ones.

Gutter and pipe cleaning for 1 storey semi-detached house (two bed 1 bath).

We just moved into a new home and hoping to have the gutters checked (and any leaves removed) before rain arrives tomorrow. It’s a very small house - ~130sq meters and the gutter layout is straightforward, just on the west, north and east side of the house (it’s semi detached). Note the gutters are quite high for a single story house, perhaps 3.5m high. I imagine you’d need to get into the roof. Simple job for someone that knows what they’re doing! Located in South Yarra.

The job can only be done from the ground as there is no access to the rear of the block for scissor/boom lifts. Before and after photos are required as are the usual insurance covers.
