Need gutters cleaned of 2 storey house. Lots of tiny leaves in it from big tree at the front also few weeds growing.

I need someone with a two storey ladder to clean out gutters and any debris around the down pipes

I paid some someone to come out and clean gutters and solar panels of both my house and my neighbour. There is on section of gutters on both houses that needed a really long ladder and tight access and these guys did not have the right equipment for the job. So both houses were 90% done, but now I just need these two sections of gutters to be cleaned of plant growth and hosed out, nothing else.
