Clean the roof gutters and valleys

Gutters need cleaning (relatively a lot of leaves and gunk in them). Single storey, sloped tile roof. Easy access by ladder for most parts. There are two sections where access is tricky, because of pergola, one section (~6m) can be done from the ground with ladder, the 2nd require going on the roof (the gutter is in between the house's roof and the pergola, kind of like a valley and access to the gutter is narrow and harder). Pls find included pictures of the hard to reach areas. Some gutters require fixing / replacing so if you fix gutters we can discuss this as well.

can I also ask if the bubbles are formed (see photos) due to gutter not being cleaned ?

Removal of debris from the entire gutter system (~40m), encompassing the roof, gutters, downpipes and floor drain. Proper cleanup afterwards. May need big ladder to access because of solar panels.

House is single story from front but 2 story from back.
