In addition to the roof of the main two-storey home, there is an alfresco area behind the house, which has a low roof like a single-story home. Being a flat roof, it requires blowing off some dead leaves that are visible, in addition to the gutters of the main home and the alfresco. As part of it, checking of gutter downpipe connection for water leaks should also be included. The roof plan area would be in the order of 10x10-100sqm.
Liam seems very keen to get the job, but not sure if he pay much attention to the details of the scope provided. I tried to fix a leak, which lets the flows bypass the downpipe. He skipped that job and seemed to have taken no photos of the issue for me to get it fixed by someone else. Otherwise, in overall he finished the job as promised.
