Need gate latch installed. I have the latch and screws, just dont have the right drill / bit

I have a PVC side gate (1800mm) that I want installed. - I have the side post (50mm x 50mm) steel, 2.4m long (to be concreted in) - And return post (50mm x 50mm), 1.8m long (to be attached to brick wall) - I also have TEK screws for metal I need the gate installed, including supply of latch + hinge

Just need to install a side fence gate 1.1 m wide approx

Attached are pictures of what is there now, however it's broken and the company that installed it is not active anymore. It's pressure mounted and custom fit. Happy to buy whatever products you may need.

There are water patches on the garage ceiling plasterboard that develop under heavy rain.
