Pool gate not closing might need replacement

A few stones have come loose that need to be glued back and secured. The gate is also not closing properly, latch issue, minor repair.

Glass pool gate has come off as I was attempting to tighten the screws. Glass is too heavy for me to put back on so I’ll need to get someone here to do it. It’s just a few screws with Allen key. I currently have two closing gates that I wish to buy the mechanics of the electric gates from Bunnings and someone put them onto the current gates. They are light weight gates, the latch will have to be cut off them so they can freely be opened snd shut. I need someone to come look and see if it’s something they can do. I will get the equipment, I just need someone who is confident they can attach to current gates.
