The wooden gate latch has got loose and needs fixing. One of the deck stair slab needs fixing

I need a gate installed for my chicken house and a chicken automatic pet door cut to fit and installed along the bottom of it. It will be attached to my tin shed which is at a rental house so minimal damage to it would be preferable. I will buy the gate and chook door when job is confirmed- I’ll add extra $ if you source/ can build a cheaper gate like the one in the pics. (Also I don’t have chickens yet if you’re scared of birds). Thanks! :)

Job 1 Gate metal support and wood slate broken by strong winds. Job 2 Slide gate needs new metal hindge installed.

This only occurs when it’s raining. There is a patch on the ceiling on the first floor which gets quite damp when it’s raining. Similar patches of dampness appear on the ceiling above the balcony. Currently, I’m unsure where the leak is coming from as the second (top most) floor does not have any leaking. There is a ledge directly above the balcony and it is also very near the damp patch in the first floor ceiling.

Back gate has come loose from wall. I need a new hole drilled and a Dyna bolt or similar inserted to secure to wall again. It is just the top bolt that needs replacing. The bottom bolt is still in place and OK. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 19 July 2023
