Convert double swing gate into automated gate

Repair/replace 4 Brushwood gate capping and 1 upright. You to supply and install approx total 5-7 meters of brushwood to an existing fence. Needs to be completed before this Saturday.

The existing baby gate at my home has been badly installed such that the hinges have come off the walls and does not go back in as the hole was not drilled deep enough and the holes are wide that it slips off easily and not staying in place. This has to be fixed such that you will need a good enough drill to drill past cement, concrete and bricks and have screws and fastener such that the hinges stay in place. The cement and paint has chipped off and will need to be repaved. If work is not fixed properly, payment will not be made, hence only a professional should attempt to contact me.

Wanting to install a side gate to block the doggies from getting in the front. Nothing fancy just simple, efficient and cost effective. Please provide a quote that includes everything. Preference is wooden.

We have 3 to 4 areas that need to be blocked off by baby gates to keep our baby from the stairs and the kitchen. Would prefer someone who has experience with this. The gates we have are pressure mountable. I currently have 4 gates and about 2 metres in extensions. Might also need a trip to Bunnings as needed. I can return the items I have already purchased if needed. I can be available on the day to go along to Bunnings if needed.

Need someone to install a gate lock. Pics of the gate attached and the lock is already purchased. Comes with step by step instructions but my drill broke and prefer someone with experience to do it. Should be a quick easy job if you have a strong drill and know what you’re doing etc

Our entry gate to the house is loose on one of the hinges. It needs to be welded to avoid it breaking off.

Repair or replace glass gate closer

Seeking a skilled cabinet maker to provide a quote for the construction of four planter boxes, an indoor sliding gate, and two separate gates, as shown in the attached photos.

The gate is not closing unless manually pushed closed due to its poor alignment - the top part of the gate is getting caught preventing it from closing. In the photos, you can see where it is rubbing up tightly along the latch - white scuff marks. The tension is fine as it moves towards closing and the self latch system will work once the gate is pushed in to a closed position. Need repaired as soon as possible. Please reply if you confidently know you can fix it. Thanks

I have some water damaged paint on a small part of my ceiling. It only ever seems to leak on days with significant rainfall. I've peeled back the bubbling paint and can see a small circle? I'm not sure what the cause is and need someone to advise

Repair of front gate post which has rusted through and cannot hold the weight of the metal gate. Needs to have a metal sleeve inserted on the inside and welded into place.
