Install 3 basic vents into corrugated metal roof and ensure no leaks. Single storey, 17 degree pitch. We have the vents, see photos. No ceiling plaster so easy to access (2.6 metre ceiling).

We're looking for someone who can build and install a baby gate at the top of our inside stairs. We want something very secure (toddler frequently tries to pull / rattle the existing gate open) that will fit the aesthetic of our staircase. The budget is negotiable depending on the complexity and quality of the work being offered. We would be willing to spend quite a bit more for high quality work and materials. If we really like the work we'd be looking to get a matching gate installed at the bottom of the stairs too. Also willing to spend a little extra to get the hole in the wall from our existing baby gate patched up (see attached image).

As per title each panel about 1.2m x 1m wide, as well as a small 30cm squared rebar piece.

1.8m wide x 1.8m long side gate fence. Need to be painted. I have the polish paint. Sand paper back and remove render spots on the fence. You will need sand paper, brushes to complete the work.

The recent storm derailed the fence gate from its track, and I suspect a potential motor damage or disruption that an expert should be able to fix quickly. The motor still has power and it makes a humm noise when the remote is clicked, so it’s likely a small job.

Gate handle broke, need someone to replace with the same if not similar handle

The iron gate of the garage won't close tightly, is loose now, needs to be repaired.

There are water patches on the garage ceiling plasterboard that develop under heavy rain. They are approximately in line with the flashing on the roof over the garage where the roof meets the second storey brickwork. There is possibly a second leak towards the gutter on the boundary side. The roof is lined with flat concrete roof tiles. Refer to the photos attached. Please quote for the following: 1. Investigate the leaks and identify areas that require repairing. 2. Assess any damage to the ceiling plasterboard and frame caused by the leak. 3. Apply a permanent repair that is compliant with the Building Code of Australia.

Install wooden gate between side of house and fence. We will provide the gate, the handle/ lock, and the support posts.

Repair the existing gate latch (see photo). The latch is misaligned and needs to be fixed so it locks securely and Replace the lock set on the main entrance door (see photo). I have already purchased a new one it just needs to be installed in place of the old one.
