Find a professional gate installation in North East Melbourne

Repair the existing gate latch (see photo). The latch is misaligned and needs to be fixed so it locks securely and Replace the lock set on the main entrance door (see photo). I have already purchased a new one it just needs to be installed in place of the old one.

The gate latch broke and I bought a replacement, but I can't attach the handle to the galvanised steel frame of the gate. My drill can't drive the screws into the steel.

The sliding gate is automated; however, the roller wheel from the gate is broken. Need someone to get and put a new wheel.

1) Install eufy wireless video doorbell into front brick wall. Masonry kit provided 2) Remove broken front gate latch and install new gate latch (see pictures). The gate post is wooden and the door frame is metal. You will need to supply your own drill with bits capable of drilling into brick, wood and metal.

My gates aren't closing one side has dropped in the bigger gate - A new bolt latch would be great rather than this current one. The smaller gate needs a new thing too so I can close it easily

Driveway gate has been incorrectly hung. Will need new heavy duty hinges. Gate will need to be raised and rehung to open outwards.

Require our front fence to be prepped and painted white. Started the job months ago and never got around to completing it. Will need a light sand and caulking to prepare for painting. Three coats likely needed. Fence is 18 linear meters and 1.6m tall. Happy for spray machine to be used and you will require your own tools. Paint will be supplied by us and happy to take recommendations from selected supplier. Required to be completed before 18th June.
