I’m looking for an experienced handyman to help with several small home maintenance jobs: 1. Window locks. There are approximately 7 windows for blinds and up to 7 windows for locks. Looking for a fair bulk price given the number of windows. • Sliding aluminium windows • Locks are installed but I don’t have keys • Please cut replacement keys OR replace lock barrels if required 2. Kitchen door • Internal door has come off its hinge • Needs re-hanging and hinge repair or replacement if needed 3. Outdoor timber gate • Gate is sagging slightly and not aligning properly • Needs adjustment so it opens/closes and latches correctly 4. Roller blinds • Supply and install basic roller blinds • Cheapest decent-quality option (nothing fancy) • Functional, neat, durable • Standard chain-operated roller blinds Photos attached. I have a wooden balcony that I want to build a short gate and fence for. It is to replace the temporary fence seen in the photo. It should be fairly high (pool fence height) as it needs to keep a dog in.

Install neatly and carefully into gyprock wall pet gates. Two types. Retractable and the second is a metal door swing type. Ive got two timber lengths of 2 X 4 as there is a gap on the metal door type. Cheers

Need to put up a double swing gate for the driveway (1.8m height). The driveway is around 3.2m wide, one side is the timber fence with steel post while the other side is the main double brick building. Need at least two posts on each side as the gate opens from middle. Gate width can be reduced as long as it allows a normal SUV driving through. The gate can be any material (prefer timber) however prefer not to see through completely from the street (small gap between each paling is fine for timer gate).
