We have a side gate with a damaged steel latch and need it fixed / replaced so it is lockable

Replacing an existing side fence (anpprox 18 meters long x 600 high) and front gate (1.8 high x 1 meter wide)) with aluminium.

We currently have a deadlock to our frontyard gate (see picture) and need it replaced by a lock that has a handle on both sides so it can be opened from outside when its not locked. - The replacement lock needs to be provided by the tasker (it has to be outdoor quality), - Steel color (similar the existing one) - NO digital/code lock - just old fashion key lock - It can be a round knob / we are open to suggestions

Our front gate is getting stuck where it closes, especially after sitting in the sun (possibly due to heat expansion). My husband tried filing it but it’s still catching. We need someone to adjust or trim the area around the lock – or replace that part if needed – so the gate closes smoothly without friction.

There is an odor coming from my sink / behind the dishwasher - I want the cause confirmed (investigated) and a solution provided.

There is a small area behind our house which had a wooden gate door. It recently fell apart and we need to replace it, to discourage anyone wanting to go behind the house.

2 x glass pool fence gates not closing. Have tried adjusting hinges but can’t seem to get it to close and lock by itself. Need someone with experience who works on these all the time.

Existing unit (kocom) has stopped working. The unit on the gate is corroded apparently. But I can’t replace gate unit because apparently they have upgraded the range so I need a new system. Monitor, camera at the gate and opening mechanism ( I assume the current lock is still ok) would prefer option that allows it to connect to smart phone - Due date: Flexible
