Hi, I have two outdoor timber gates that have started sagging slightly and no longer latch closed. They need to be re-aligned and adjusted so they close and click in smoothly again. Likely requires installing an additional hinge at the top of the gate, and making sure the gate hangs square. No major rebuilding needed.

Fix the front door and front gate. Both are old and wooden. The front door needs parts glued or attached between the mirror and the front gate is rotting so needs to be a new hinge or bottom reduced in size so it doesn’t drag on the ground

The posts supporting our front gate need to be drilled into the sandstone, either dynabolt or using angle, to support the weight of the gate. The posts were cut to install the brushwood. I also have some privacy screening to attach to the gate once attached. I will pay extra for the parts. The weight of the gate has cracked the sandstone step, I will pay extra if you can affix this too.
