Gas plumber has carried out investment property compliance test and said "No immediate risk, however we do advise that remedial work is required to be carried out to bring property up to standard." - Remove and discard of existing upright cooker connection. - Supply and install new high level hose connection and adjustable regulator. - Install anti tipping restraints to appliance - Set burner pressure and test appliance. - Adjust/extend hot water pressure and temperature relief valve to a location preventing scalding and erosion of foundations. Looking for a certified plumber bring the property up to compliance standard.

Isolate, remove gas and connect plus leak test.

Anyone out there who can fix a faulty gas burner ? Only one is faulty. It works sometimes , most of the times, it doesn’t turn on.
