The superhero detected a gas leak in the residential house and then I called the gas detector to find where is the issue . He found one near the meter and one is from the water gas tank heater . Suggestion to replace the water tank heater whicjbwill fix the one issue and second fixing least near meter poor . Have attached the videos for reference

The gas stove has issues with initial startup, it takes repetitive tries to get it on, however once on it is fine. I believe it could need a part replaced or some gas tuning.
