1. All left hand side and right hand side of property gardens to be weeded and cleaned and all small rocks raked and reset. 2. All garden rocks to be reset and edge's redone on owners direction, around all garden beds. 3. All weeds in all the garden beds to be removed and clean, ready for mulch. 4. All whipper snipping to be done around the property. 5. Old plants to be dug out at owner's request. 6. All trees to be trimmed back at owners direction, including some plants. 7. All rubbish and cuttings to be removed by contractor and taken away. 8. All gardens to be mulched by contractor as directed by owner, owner will supply mulch. 9. Contractor to supply, all tools and equipment to do job. 10. The inspection of property to be carried out prior to work commencing by the contractor. 11. Would prefer someone who is in a 30 to 50 kilometre radius. 12. Possibly a two man job but not necessarily. 13. Some plants to be planted as requested by owner. 14. Move mulch from Tamborine village to Latrobe terrace paddington I did the first load with my 8 year old it’s not that difficult just a lot of shovelling. I just don’t have the time between my work and daughter etc to do it.
