Hi, I’m looking for someone reliable to take on regular lawn maintenance — cutting 13 lawns once a month. You’ll need to have your own equipment. Most of the properties are small, with only 2 being a bit larger (but still manageable — mowing and whipper snipping takes about 40 minutes on those). The work involves: • Mowing (no need to collect clippings) • Whipper snipping/edging • Blowing down paths/driveways • Picking up any rubbish around the property • Light trimming of plants with the whipper snipper where needed Basically garden maintenance on all the properties, make sure it’s looking nice. I was doing this myself for a while and managed to complete all 13 mostly in one day and bit of the second day , so it’s straightforward maintenance — nothing over the top, just normal lawn care. I’m happy to pay per day, or we can work something out that’s fair. Looking for someone reliable who can commit to doing this each month.
