I have 4 x properties in the Campbelltown LGA needing regular lawn maintenance. Areas are - - ORAN PARK - SPRING FARM - CURRANS HILL - MENANGLE - (Vacant land, only partial grows grass - currently overgrown) One property also has quite a few plants and trees (new build with olive trees etc) so looking for someone that can handle plant/soil maintenance also as new gardens require a little more maintenance and spraying till they've settled. Other properties are small to medium yards which are currently being completed within 30-40 mins and am paying between $60-80 for all properties. Currently getting 2 to 3 yards done on the same day by same person however this is not a requirement as I'm flexible and can leave access. Looking for someone to maintain these properties going forward every 3-4 weeks depending on season.
