We’re renting a property with a new pool put in. It has a robo vac that cleans the bottom but not the stairs/steps on either side. We were also told not to use chlorine/acid so we stopped for about a week and noticed it was getting really gross too quick. We’ve since spoken to the owner and he said we can just continue maintenance as before but it’s just gotten too much to deal with. Looking for someone to come initial clean/maintenance of pool PH then possibly keep contact for future maintenance.

I have 2 enclosed rockeries which need soil, some planting and finished off with either mulch or rocks.

We’re new tenants to a house with a pool and we don’t really know how to maintain it. The owner is getting a pool vac soon but till then just need someone who knows how to fix the water. There’s a pool kit and the pool is newly renovated. Even with cleaning it every two to three days just not sure if it’s done right. Also unsure how much this all costs so I just put a random amount
