Hi! We recently moved into a granny flat and are looking for help with a yard tidy. The grass needs mowing and whipper snipping, there are small rubbish piles in the front and backyard that need removing, and the exterior windows have cobwebs that need cleaning. We have already cleaned some of the property ourselves but need extra help finishing the rest. Any reasonable quote is appreciated. Photos attached. !! Using a watering hose, move around the yard and water individual plants in pots. Also will be required to pull out weeds as part of the job. This is on a regular basis, start with 2 days a week Tuesday and Friday and daily in summer as the weather gets hot and the plants need water according. The rate is per hour based on minimum wage.
