My high sense refrigerator is not cooling on the upper parts but the freezer compartment is cooling well

The freezer door won’t shut properly and ice is forming inside. There is also water running down out onto the floor.

Freezer works fine the fridge side is just chilled not cold at all not sure if need regassing or something

We have a Westinghouse FJ383T freezer. It appears as though the fan has stopped working. I turned it off to defrost to confirm it wasn’t ice build up. Then purchased a new fan motor, but it also doesn’t work. The bottom shelf of the freezer does freeze things (very slowly). All shelves above just chill. Ever since a power blackout, our fridge has not been cold but our freezer still works. Everything that’s in the fridge such as milk dies in only 3 days. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi there. I have an LG GF-5D906SL - 4 door fridge freezer with ice and water. I noticed it stopped producing ice yesterday. I downloaded the manual and did some troubleshooting and from what I can tell the fridge/freezer (even though they were turned right down overnight) are still not cooling /freezing properly which might be the cause. Just wondering when you would be available to have a look at it and how much you charge for diagnosis? And how much usually for regas if that is the issue? I am located in Bellbird Park.
