I have a Samsung fridge which worked fine but now the freezer has a huge amount of ice build up even after a few minutes off turning it on and the fridge does not cool at all. Before this happened, the fridge was making a very loud noise which only stopped when we opened the fridge or freezer door. At the time the freezer has a huge amount of ice build up. It was unplugged and left to defrost and has not worked since. When turned in now, the freezer works but ice builds up in as little as 30 mins of it being on and the fridge is not cold at all.

There is significant ice build-up and dirt on the concrete freezer floors, creating a slip hazard. The build-up needs to be removed either by scraping or using a suitable machine. Water can not be used.
