1. Properly fit new beige carpet in room (new underlay and carpet cut and laid) but needs to be stretched and edges fit to walls. Room is approx 4m x 3.1m plus small entrance. Pic shows the room. 2. Fit new beige carpet (new underlay is laid), includes cutting to size, fit, stretch and fit edges to walls approx 3m x 2.5m. rectangular shape.

A small pantry in our apartment in Southport had a mould issue due to water leak. The mould has been professionally treated and removed by Mould Men and the leak has been fixed also. I’m needing the internal wall to be remastered and to have skirting boards to be supplied and installed within this pantry. We’ve got a small open-plan office (70m²) with carpet tiles. We can take care of removing the tiles ourselves, but need someone to grind the glue off the concrete. The glue is quite thin, though we understand a diamond grinder will give the fastest/best result.
