Looking for someone experienced in timber deck maintenance to clean, prepare and re-oil our outdoor timber decking in South Perth. The decking surrounds a swimming pool and extends around a spa and outdoor entertaining area. The pool is approximately 9 metres long. I estimate there is around 50 m² of actual timber decking, but this is only an estimate. The attached photos show the areas involved. Job includes: Thoroughly clean and prepare all timber decking Appropriate pressure cleaning where suitable, without damaging the timber Light sanding/preparation of any areas that require it Allow the timber to dry appropriately after cleaning Apply two coats of good-quality decking oil Take appropriate care around the swimming pool, spa, glass, walls and pool coping Leave the area clean and tidy on completion Please advise whether your offer includes supply of the decking oil or is for labour only. I am happy to supply the oil if preferred. Looking for someone who has experience cleaning and re-oiling timber decks. Please include details/photos of similar work if available. I have a vibrant blue rug whic i believe is from Tibet. It has loose tassels and the hem that attached from the tassel down the side of teh rug has pulled apart. I am looking for a repairer for the seam edging.

Remove 50 square metres and 16 stairs of tongue and groove timber flooring glued to ply from concrete slab. Also remove skirting. Flooring and skirting is spread over two levels. Needs to be cleared to concrete slab to tile on. Don’t need to remove rubbish.
