Hi looking for some help to install floor boards in one room 3mx4m We have started and cut out a fair bit of the flooring however running into a few issues and need some help!

The planks are easy to install, they just have to be cut to size. Floor boards and underlay are at the house ready to go! I don’t imagine it would Take more than 2 hours for someone who knows what they are doing.
