Looking for someone to assist with repairing our skirting boards and replacing the edging throughout our whole bottom floor. Our puppy did the damage but has now grown out of that phase, so looking to have it repaired. Photos attached for examples.

I have some worn vinyl floorboards at the entrance to my backyard. The job would entail removing the transition strip, remove 4-5 floorboards and cut and install new boards and reseat transition strip. I have the the replacement floorboards already.

My tenant is looking to move out therefore using the opportunity to fix the floors. Had them sanded and polished about 15 years ago and now they need to be redone. Thinking matte finish, water based so it doesnt stink out the other units. It has beading all around the skirtings, Unsure if that also needs to be replaced if sanding the floors? (Hopefully not)

Mold removal: Remove and dispose of water damaged and now moldy carpet & underlay (due to unnoticed roof leak) from 7m x 4.5m brick garage. The garage was being used as an extra living area. But currently only contains a reasonably heavy pool table will need to be moved around within the room to enable the removal of the carpet. Remove and clean any remaining signs of mold from room. There is currently no visible mold on walls or ceiling. - Due date: Flexible

Lay down and glue down old adhsive vinyl over old tiles. approximate 30m2 i have done about 2 square meter already, not hard job - Due date: Before Monday, 7 November 2022
