Materials provided as we installed the rest of the rooms but run out of time/energy. Approx. 15m2 (plan provided) with 5 doors (door1=trim installed, door2=trim installed, door 3=trim not yet installed, door4=alluminium trim to be installed as bathroom is elevated). Closet door may not need trim. stair nose to be installed (just first step). Carpet to be removed and we will dispose on kerb side council pick up. Skirting boards to be removed and installed back and trimmed under doors. Flooring is Quickstep Patina Oak Grey = 1380 x 220mm x 9mm and noise cancelling underlay. All furniture will be removed.
