Need approximately 8m of skirting board picked up from Bunnings , cut to correct length and nailed in. Tiling needed for almost the whole house. Mainly carpeted with small area of old tiles in the kitchen. Around 130 sqm. Need skirting done with the tiles too. Will provide tiles but might need help to remove carpets and small area of tiles in the kitchen. New tiles are 600x 600 mm, white ceramic glossy tiles.

I need to get new skirting installed in an open plan kitchen, living, dining area, and also the master bedroom. I have a marked up plan that I can send over.

Carpentry job Current floor has a cavity exposing concrete where a wall used to be. Jagged edges on floor boards need sawing on both sides by electrical saw to smooth edges for new Tasmanian oak floor boards to drop within cavity, no gaps. Referring to the cavity in the photos where the concrete is exposed. All up around 11mtrs of floor boards to be replaced as I am assuming that all the surrounding floor boards needs to be picked up to enable the new boards to be inserted. This may not be the case, please advise your thoughts. The cavity needs to be accurately measured to aligned along the floor, this part is crucial to ensure no gaps. Only 2mtrs of floor boards needs to be removed between two cavities as shown in picture. Please supply your own tools to complete this task eg electrical floor board hand saw is a must to cut straight edges Once cavity is prepared for laying of new floor boards, measure width of floor boards and buy lengths floor boards from Bunnings and return to lay new boards. - Due date: Before Sunday, 11 February 2024

I am having laminate floor installed and the floor needs to be level to a tolerance of no more than 2mm over 2 metres. There are a couple of areas of concern - slight elevations and slight trough - that I need to be levelled and smoothed or they won't lay the floor. The total areas of concern are less than 10 sq metres.
