Hi, I have about 50m2 of hard wood flooring to be laid in a kitchen, lounge room and 2 bedrooms. 2.2 lengths by 220mm. Old floor is smooth concrete slab so will go down easily. Skirting boards will have to be removed which I can do, but will need to go back on.

I have a bedroom and a small living room needing hybrid floorboards installed (already supplied) apartment is lived in so furniture will need to be moved from one room to the other due to space limitations, there is a small amount of prep work mainly a few nails in the cement I haven’t been able to get out and a few holes in cement from nails that took a lil extra with them.

Carpet lay 1x Room with concrete base . Carpet & underlay, tacks are on-site.
