Looking for a skilled handyman or carpenter to: 1. Install skirting board on a small wall section (approx. 1.6 m wide). 2. Patch the plasterboard behind where old skirting was removed — section has a couple of cutouts and cosmetic damage. 3. Prep the area for painting (light sanding + caulking to smooth the surface).

We are moving out of a 3 bedroom unit in Murarrie and need carpet cleaning and pest control done. Lay gym flooring in approx. 240 sqm. We had another installer get the job done at our other facility it approx. 12 hours by himself as reference similar floor size. I have got a 34 sqm multimedia room and a 6 sqm bathroom concrete floors to be covered. I need a builder to come and have a look and give me options and quotes.

Hair salon back utility room. Patch vinyl flooring where wall used to be about 400x10-30and lay floor in new store cupboard approx 1300x900. Vinyl curves up concrete block walls. I have new vinyl off cuts that were left over from the initial lay that should do it all. It would be great if it could get done today.

We have recently installed new flooring in our open plan living areas and stairs. We had to fit the skirting ourselves but the skirting boards are not sealed to the floor. We we are looking for a handyman to seal them for us. It’s a very finicky job that needs to be done well else it looks a mess. We are not confident about doing it ourselves
