I need someone to help me to install carpet floor. About 45 square meters and stairs. I have the materials, carpet pad. just need someone assist with installation. Must have experience. Concrete underneath the carpets. I’ll rip the old carpets off and dump them myself.

Timber flooring has been scratched. Looking to get it filled and restored.

A small section of the plasterboard behind the skirting board was damaged by water in the past (see red circle). I think the task will involve taking down the skirting board, remove and replace the damaged gyprock, and then glue the skirting board back on. The damaged gyprock is hard to see because it’s hiding behind the skirting board but I estimate the size to be roughly 35cm X 12cm. If you could also help us to paint that side of the wall at additional charge, it’s even better. There are unpainted patches and water marks on the wall from previous issue and repair. The wall is about 170cm wide and 250cm tall (see photo). Feel free to make an offer just for the gyprock repair.

I need to install new carpet tack strips for a small section of a bedroom because it was ripped out last year as part of another repair. The section itself is about 120CM long. There are still 5-6 nails on the concrete that need to be removed before laying the new one.
