I’m looking for an experienced flooring installer to lay 4.5mm vinyl flooring over existing tile floors in a residential property in Brisbane. Job is ready to start within the next 2 weeks. Must have your own tools and we can either supply the vinyl or you can provide it.

Renovation of house Lounge, kitchen and dining room to be re-floored

It’s a piece of carpet where the stains won’t come out so that pieced needs to get cut out and replaced with a piece of original carpet about the size of a microwave and smoothed to look like it’s part of the original. It looks like a square could be cut out of the stained area and replaced with original new carpet piece.

I need the old skirting boards removed in the hallway and lounge without damaging the walls. Then 34 metres of new skirting boards need to be cut to size and nailed on to replace the old ones. I've attached a rough floor plan of the area.
