I have approx 100m2 of flooring to be laid. The first part of the job involves a large lounge room, entry and kitchen area. The second part of the job will continue the same flooring into 3 bedrooms and a laundry. I have the flooring ready to go.

Proposed Flooring Scope of Works Supply 8mm or thicker hybrid flooring Remove all existing carpets in nominated areas. Prepare and level existing floors/tiled floors to achieve a suitable substrate for new flooring installation. Supply and install hybrid flooring to all areas except: Toilet Bathroom Garage Covered outdoor area Carefully remove all existing skirting / baseboards and reinstall after flooring installation. Contractor to clean progressively during works (“clean as you go”) to maintain a safe and tidy site. Upon completion, remove and dispose of all rubbish, debris, and surplus materials from site.

Level 1, MR Particle board YELLOW tongue floor, need to remove and reinstall with new Particle board (New Material will be provided by us) Person must have experience in this and also have his own proper tools including a circular saw, nail gun, nail remover and other related tools.

Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.

Hey i have a living/dining room area at my mothers place where i need roughly 30 square metres of floorboards layer down and stuck to the concrete all material is provided however will need someone with a saw and some adhesive glue and rubber mallet. Saw will need to he used for cutting the boards to size if need be to fit in certain sections.

I have tried oils and wax but it seems that it is the polish / lacquer that is scratched not the floor board.
