Water damaged floorboard repair

New kitchen just installed so need to sand and polish the floor. Room 7.5 x 3.5m 21m2 . Prefer polycure 2pac finish to match the rest of the house. Would like a sand asap and the caosting put on after easter if possible.

Broken floorboard. Replace broken part and get similar to existing floors. The hardwood floors are old so just to get the broken part smooth and even would be good.
