Deep scratch on laminated floor boards

Approx. 260x140 area around cabinets 3. 2x fix for metal wood stump clinking (simple silicone fix or something similar) The problem - It's not nail squeak. The noise is boards rubbing against each other side-to-side, so surface fixes like re-nailing or screwing from above won't solve it. Suggestion: Working from underneath: gluing and screwing sub-floor timbers to the underside of the floorboards. We've had another carpenter who started the work and didn't finish the job, but this was the method to remove squeaks from other parts of the house. Access - Underfloor access via a hatch. Clearance runs from about 1.5m down to 0m across a slanted subfloor. Some sections are a tight crawl, but previous assessments confirm the affected areas are reachable. I have a house with solid timber floorboards in ground floor . There is a small, localised spot where one edge of a floorboard moves down when stepped on and springs back up when the weight is removed. I’m looking for an experienced handyman or flooring carpenter to inspect the area, identify the cause, and carry out the necessary repair. I can provide more photos of the affected area if needed.
