Hello, We have recently completed installation of new timber weatherboards and have the painter scheduled for next week. We are looking for someone to punch the nails, to allow for the painter to fill and paint. All nails have been fixed, and are flush. They just need punching 1-2mm into the timber. There are approximately 500-700 nails to punch. Highest nails are at approximately 3m above ground so you will require a ladder - I have ladders and platforms on site that can be used if need be. Most areas are easily accessible but some need some manoeuvring of timber etc to access. Require the task to be competed this weekend. Expect it to take 4-6 hours for one person to complete.

Fix creaky floor boards underneath carpet

Some floor damage in a rental property with what I think is a hardwood laminate flooring. I only have the one photo at the moment, but I am happy to take more if needed.

Need an 11cm by 4cm piece of hybrid floor board cut from a spare board (provided) and fitted into the gap (as per photo)

The floor boards need repairing. When the heater vent was installed, it looks like they just cut the hole, which left the planks of wood between the vent and the doorframe not supported underneath. Someone stepped on it the other day, cracking a board and pushing it down. Likely just needs to be glued back together, then some pine wood put underneath the floor boards to support it and prevent it cracking again. The subfloor has enough clearance to walk around for the most part. Directly under the vent there's probably about 1m clearance

There is creaking sound coming from floorboardings at multiple areas around the house. Most spots are floorboards under a carpet. The carpet would need to be pulled off and relaid ensuring there is no tear and carpet is intact. This is a permanent carpet glued so no sure what can be done but would appreciate suggestion and quotes for options to fix those loose floorboards.

Weatherboards to be sanded for me to repaint. It's a small 3 bed weatherboard, single story. Was last painted in 2014 so modern paint. Am open to doing this in stages, as I need to complete certain areas as a priority due to paint cracking. Property size 110m2/1180 square feet
