Need to replace 4/5 engineered timber floorboards. I have spare boards, just need installation. Property will be vacant, so there will be good access to the problem areas.

*** Please ignore the budget I have just put an arbitrary amount *** Our client would like to rip out the existing floorboard and replace with large format tiles (like 600x600 or similar). Total area is approx 36.5m2, I have gone on site to measure (sketch up plans provided in photos). We are looking for an experienced tiler to complete and need: - Removal of existing floorboards and disposal - Supply & install tiles Must have portfolio for us to review, must hold relevant insurances and be registered for GST. Happy for the quote to be provided for labour component only, and then estimate for materials (fixed material cost, and variable cost depending on tiles to be decided by client, so quote per SQM is fine) The premises will be completely vacant and ready from 29th March onwards, and will need to be completed ideally in the first 2 weeks of April.
